Madewell’s Fall Collection is leaning into nostalgia this season, bringing back some of the best style references from the ’90s and early aughts with a distinctly collegiate twist. Think stripes, plaid, polo sweaters, loafers and relaxed silhouettes, mixed with unexpected color combinations that keep the collection feeling current.
It’s a combination that feels especially right for this time of year, when we’re ready to trade our Summer pieces for layers and richer textures, but aren’t quite ready for a full-on Fall wardrobe.
