A Healthy Reset With City Silo

Finding healthy “fast food” can be difficult, especially when you’re someone that’s always on the go, but City Silo Table + Pantry is a great option if you find yourself in Germantown near The Shops of Saddle Creek. They offer re-imagined comfort food and freshly prepared drinks made with wholesome, clean ingredients; their aim is to give their guests a large menu of bowls, smoothies, juices, sandwiches, and snacks to choose from, so no matter what you’re craving you can find something to nosh on when you visit.

I’m a firm believer of having healthy eating habits and not dieting, so trying to eat as “clean” as possible is the best way to go, IMO. City Silo Table + Pantry’s food is pretty filling but not heavy, so if you’ve been wanting to do a little reset after consuming heavier holiday meals, now is the perfect time. Timeless Fall Style With Madewell

Madewell has always been known for their classic, timeless style, and their latest Fall collection is no different. Many of the silhouettes have been updated to keep the pieces modern (hello barrel denim), but overall, the collection is full of those classic foundational pieces in timeless colors that you will want to for your Fall wardrobe, especially if you’re someone that loves to create a capsule wardrobe.

Now, a capsule wardrobe doesn’t have to be boring, but it should consist of pieces that are high quality, seasonally appropriate, and versatile enough to be able to be worn in many different combinations and for various situations.
