​​​All paces are welcome—whether you’re a seasoned runner or just in the mood to move. Set your intentions, take a deep breath, and let the run become your moving meditation for the day.

​​​​​Meet at the front of the store to start and afterward, come back to the store for some community connection and enjoy a complimentary gift as our way of saying thanks—while supplies last!
