Stretch It Out with Carmen Savage at Fabletics

Wake your body up with a mellow stretching class featuring our resident teaching artist Carmen Savage.
This FREE 30 minute class will wake up your body and mind and get you ready to take on the week. This is open to all body types and all levels, so be sure to sign up your friends, too! This is simply a stretching class to work out sore muscles and build flexibility with simple exercises that you can take home and incorporate into your own pre or post workout! Stretching is just as important as weight training!
Class will start at 11AM and last for 30 minutes. Following the class, please stay and enjoy a private shopping event before our store opens. Enjoy a great shopping discount, just for attending our class.
Be sure to wear something you can move and groove in, as well as a water bottle and closed toe shoes.
