About your COACH: Tommy Hart is the Senior Program Director for YMCA Schilling Farms in Collierville. Mr. Hart holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology as well as multiple professional certifications including NASM Personal Trainer, Pilates Mat Instructor, Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist, Lifestyle & Weight Management Consultant and TRX Team Coach.
