The Sales Team is responsible for supporting the management team in achieving financial goals by demonstrating selling behaviors and floor leadership, promoting a positive work environment and executing operational processes and objectives in compliance with company standards and policies.

Candidates must have a passion to deliver unparalleled customer service and the ability to lead a team towards meeting/exceeding all sales targets including plan, comp and other key performance indicators. Candidates must also be skilled at ensuring the store team meets tasking goals while also delivering legendary customer service. Retail supervisory experience in apparel preferred, but not required.

• Track retail sales against goal using the system provided
• Ensure highest levels of customer service which will result in increased productivity
• Demonstrate products on customers
• Assist in the preparation and execution of cost effective events to generate additional sales.
• Utilize and maintain customer database for phone calls, product launches, events and appointments
• Present a positive attitude toward the Company, product and staff
• Present a professional appearance and maintain Origins Dress Code
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and staff members
• Attend training, education and meetings as required
• Adhere to policies and procedures of the store
• Assist in the preparation and completion of accurate physical inventory as requested
• Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines
• Enforce and maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, lighting and props
• Solicit and communicate product feedback from staff and customers to team leader
• Assist in the flow of merchandise from stock areas to the selling floor in a timely and organized manner

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some retail experience a plus
• Cosmetic experience preferred
• Excellent customer service, communication and organization skills
